- Quiz responses — answers to our six-question software-matching quiz (e.g., business type, team size, current tools, budget range)
- Email address — when you opt in to receive your quiz results, subscribe to our newsletter, or purchase the Deep Match Report
- Payment information — if you purchase the $9 Deep Match Report, payment is processed entirely by Stripe, Inc. We do not collect or store your full card number, expiration date, or CVC on our own systems. We receive limited transaction details from Stripe (such as the email address used and confirmation that payment succeeded) needed to deliver your purchase.
Information collected automatically:
- Standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited, collected through our hosting and website platforms (Base44 for the quiz application, Hostinger for the blog) for security and basic site-performance purposes
- We may use analytics or advertising tools (such as Google Analytics or similar services) to understand how visitors use the Site. If and when we add such tools, this policy will be updated to name them specifically.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information collected to:
- Generate and deliver your personalized software match results
- Send the Deep Match Report you purchased
- Send our opt-in newsletter with software tips and updates
- Process payments and provide purchase confirmations

Transactional emails related to a purchase you’ve made (such as a receipt) may still be sent even after you unsubscribe from marketing emails.

We retain quiz responses and email addresses for as long as needed to provide our services and for a reasonable period afterward for support and recordkeeping purposes, unless you request earlier deletion (see below).
